“A wonderful harmony of form and colour…..”
Lucy Burley
Lucy is inspired by the still life paintings of Giorgio Morandi, and by the colours of the sky, the seashore, precious stones, plants and trees. Her vessels are thrown on the wheel using white earthenware clay and then glazed with a smooth semi-matt earthenware glaze of her own formulation with the texture of eggshell. Her beautiful sculptural pieces are both decorative and functional.
