Nicholas Pratt
Southwold artist Nick Pratt is known for his wildlife sculptures and drawings. He carves by hand in beautifully tactile materials such as Cornish Soapstone, Italian Alabaster and Agata Scuro. He enjoys drawing from life, being surrounded by birds and animals, watching, listening and gaining an understanding in order to capture their particular dynamism.

Artist Biography
Nicholas was born in London and lived in Guildford as a teenager. He studied Fine Art and Sculpture at Kingston College of Art and at West Surrey College of Art. After living in London he moved to Southwold in 1983 where he still lives and works from his studio.
