Artist Biography
Mark Hearld was born in York in 1974. He studied Illustration at The Glasgow School of Art before completing an MA in Natural History Illustration at The Royal College of Art in 1997. His work is exhibited throughout the UK and commissions include the set design for 2005 film “Nanny McPhee” and a range of ceramics for Tate. He now lives and works from his home in York.
